25 students from three foreign counties and 12 states helped to make the sixth session of Fight Promoter University VI a big success. Not only did the students learn from 10 guest speakers but they also got to work several jobs doing the sold out SummerFist 3 mixed martial arts show at the Irvine Marriott.

Coming from as far away as Japan, Austria, and Canada, FPU VI students heard Jeff Wald, the Executive Producer of  The Contender kick things off with a no holds barred Opening Session Keynote Address, and then heard MMA legend Frank Shamrock end the four day session as he delivered the Commencement Address prior to the students receiving their MBA Certificates.

FPU Founder Roy Englebecht is looking at April 2010 as the date for Fight Promoter University VII.
